Summary: this site uses no cookies, no analytics, no forms and no third-party embeds. Simply visiting it collects no personal data. Only data you send by email is processed. That is also why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

2. Browsing the site
These pages are static files. There are no databases, user accounts, cookies, local storage, tracking pixels, remote fonts, maps, videos or any other resource served from outside the domain.
As with any internet service, the hosting provider may record technical server logs: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser used. These logs are generated automatically, are needed to deliver and secure the service, and are not used for profiling or to identify visitors. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and operational (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting and email providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers rely on European Commission adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@nosceipsum.app, stating which right you are exercising. Requests are answered within one month at most.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
6. Minors
This site is not aimed at children and does not actively collect anyone's data.
7. Changes
If the site ever adds an element that processes personal data, this policy will be updated before it goes live and the date above will change.
