This notice contains the information required by article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), together with the conditions of access to the website nosceipsum.app. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.

2. Purpose of the site
nosceipsum.app is an informational site. It presents the mobile applications developed by the owner, publishes the privacy policy of each one and provides a contact and support channel.
The site sells nothing, has no shop or payment system, and requires no registration or user accounts. Apps are downloaded from Google Play, a third-party platform with its own terms.
3. Conditions of use
Access is free of charge. Visitors agree to use the site lawfully, not to interfere with its operation and not to use automated means that impair its availability. Further conditions are set out in the terms of use.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, design, source code of the site and the published applications belong to Juan Antonio Hernández López, except for third-party components governed by their own licence. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorisation is prohibited, save for uses permitted by law.

5. Disclaimer
The owner aims to keep the published information accurate and current but does not warrant that it is free of errors, nor that the site will be available without interruption. The site contains no advertising or affiliate links; links to third-party pages are informational and the owner accepts no responsibility for their content.
6. Data protection
Processing of personal data arising from use of this website is described in the website privacy policy. Each mobile app has its own privacy policy, linked from the home page.
7. Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to the site shall be submitted to the courts of Murcia (Spain), without prejudice to the forum that applies by law where the user is a consumer.
